Bathing may be available as an add-on when it fits your pet’s care plan. Ask Shai about current availability when you reach out.
A meet & greet is strongly encouraged before care begins. It’s a chance to introduce your pet, discuss routines, ask questions, and make sure everyone feels comfortable.
Plan to bring their food, any medications, a leash or harness, familiar bedding or a favorite toy, and emergency contact info. We’ll confirm a packing list when you book.
Yes—many families have more than one pet. Share details about each one so care can be personalized for the whole household.
Earlier is always better, especially for boarding and holidays. For walks and drop-ins, a few days’ notice usually helps—reach out and we’ll check the calendar.
Sometimes, depending on the schedule. Text or send a request and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Communication is part of the care. Depending on the service, you may receive photos, videos, feeding updates, potty/walk updates, wellness notes, and cute moments worth sharing.
Life happens—please give as much notice as you can if plans change. Specific timing details are confirmed when you book, and we’ll keep the Cancellation Policy page updated as those details are finalized.
Holiday care is often available with advance booking. Reach out early for popular dates so we can reserve a spot for your pet.
Shai is Pet First Aid Certified and takes your pet’s safety seriously. We’ll contact you right away and follow the emergency instructions and preferred vet you provide in their care plan.
