This site provides information about our pet care services and a way to request a conversation or quote. Content is for general information. Service details, availability, and pricing may change and are confirmed directly with Shai.

Quote requests

• Submitting the quote form is not an instant booking or a guaranteed reservation.
• We will review your request and follow up to discuss fit, timing, meet & greets, and next steps.
• Please provide accurate contact and pet information so we can respond safely and appropriately.

Services & agreements

Actual pet care is provided under arrangements made with SC Pet Services (including meet & greets, care plans, and any written or verbal service terms confirmed at booking). Website copy does not replace those arrangements. For cancellations, see our Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the quote form (spam, false information, harassment)
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or compromise the site’s security
• Use the site or our contact channels for unlawful purposes

We may refuse or limit requests that appear abusive or outside our capacity or service area.

Intellectual property

Site design, text, logos, and photos are owned by SC Pet Services or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Links to Instagram or other third-party sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes related to this website will be in courts located in Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
